Isabelle Garden Hotel and Suites came about from the model and success of the condo-hotel concept. While Isabelle Garden Hotel and Suites was initially marketed as a residential enclave (Isabelle Garden Villas) by its developer, Techno-Asia Construction and Development, Inc., Techno-Asia have been receiving a lot of inquiries and interests, especially from those who have acquired units in the project, to operate its recently completed building (Cluster Eight) into a businessman’s hotel.
Being located in Paranaque, which is just a mere twenty minutes drive from Makati and less than twenty minutes drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Duty Free, Casino Filipino and SM Sucat, Isabelle Garden Hotel and Suites will surely appeal to transient travelers, balikbayans and nearby business communities.
Once again, Techno-Asia has turned to myHometel, Inc., a professional hospitality management company, to manage Isabelle Garden Hotel and Suites. This is the second hotel managed by myHometel for Techno-Asia, the first being Isabelle Royale Hotel and Suites in Makati. myHometel, Inc is also managing the Sampaguita Suites in uptown Cebu City and Amigotel in General Santos City.
Isabelle Garden Hotel and Suites has 50-rooms, priced affordably from Php1,250 per night for two (2) pax occupancy, to Php2,500 for six (6) pax occupancy. Special rate can be extended for solo guests.
